This is it — the most critical period in negotiations focused on pay raises for our next union

Our Western Washington University (WWU) bargaining team met in July and August to review contract proposal language submitted by members – proposals aimed at improving and strengthening our contract.

At our August 13 meeting we reviewed WWU’s latest proposals and finalized our initial compensation proposal that will be presented to WWU management.

The team’s first face-to-face bargaining date with management was back on July 19, and again on August 14.

The next bargaining dates are August 27-28-29.
